Packaging: All products ship frozen in 1.5 inch thick re-usable foam containers packed with re-usable leak-proof gel ice packs, guaranteed to keep the meats adequately cold during shipping.

Shipping: Orders received before 12:00 noon EST Monday thru Thursday will ship the same day, provided your selected delivery date does not fall on the weekend or on a holiday. Orders received after 12:00 noon EST will ship the following  business day. If your delivery date falls on the weekend or on a holiday, then we will ship your order on the next business day following the weekend or holiday.


Shipments to most destinations within the following states  have a 2 day or less transit time using UPS Ground: CT, DC, DE, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV.  For all other destination states please select the 2-Day Air or Next-Day Air options or visit www.ups.com for more detailed transit time information.
