Your meats have been flash frozen and vacuum-packed to assure their restaurant quality character upon arrival. Upon receipt, please place all meats as soon as possible in the freezer and thaw only prior to cooking. Do not re-freeze meats once thawed. We recommend grilling our meats to your desired temperature over a charcoal or gas grill in true barbeque style, however, equally delicious results can be achieved on a stove top in a large sautee pan or under a broiler. Prior to placing any of the meats on the cooking surface, please make sure to thinly coat the surface with a light cooking oil such as canola or non-stick cooking spray. All meats come pre-seasoned and ready to cook. Should you wish to fine tune to taste, we suggest the use of sea salt. Place meats directly on pre-heated cooking surface and cook approximately 3 minutes per side for recommended medium.
