| When will my order ship? |

Orders received before 12:00 noon EST Monday thru Thursday will ship the same day, provided your selected delivery date does not fall on the weekend or on a holiday. Orders received after 12:00 noon EST will ship the following business day. If your delivery date falls on the weekend or on a holiday, then we will ship your order on the next business day following the weekend or holiday. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top of our site to check your order status. |
| Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed? |

It is not possible to make changes to an order once it has been placed and we have started processing it. As such, we strongly advise you to please review your product selection and the information you enter carefully before submitting the order. |
| How do I track my order? |

| My order never arrived. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. |
| I received my order but there is a problem with it. |

Your complete satisfaction with your Pera order is our first priority. If you have any problem with your order (i.e., product condition, defective or damaged packaging, non-delivery, etc.), contact us at 212-878-6301 within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery. Please be sure to have your Order Confirmation available as it contains important information specific to your order. If the situation warrants the return of any product, please do so only after specific authorization and instructions from us. |
